How is the data center in Finland secured?
The data center is located in a guarded area, where people are checked at the entrance gate. Unauthorized persons do not have access to the area. The entire area is monitored by security cameras. During the day and during the closure of the area outside working hours, a physical patrol is carried out at regular intervals, carried out by authorized security agency employees. The hall with the data center itself is also separately monitored by security cameras. The data center hall is secured with fire detectors and powder extinguishers with regular inspection of operation.

How long does it take to transport a miner to your data center in Finland?
After receiving the miner at the company headquarters in Teplice Bžany 62 415 01, we will transport your machine to the data center in Finland within 5 days. Another option is to send your miner directly to the data center via your chosen forwarding agent.

How long does it take to connect a miner to the mining network?
Your miner will be connected to the mining network within 3 days.

What happens after connecting my miner to the mining network?
After connecting the miner to the network, you will receive a link to an application where you can monitor the mining progress and UP TIME of your miner in real time. Subsequently, according to your instructions, the miner will be with a crypto wallet.

Do you charge fees for connecting a miner to the mining network?
Connecting your miner to the mining network, connecting to the monitoring application and crypto wallet is free.

Where is your data center located in Finland?
The data center is located in the city of Kotka, approximately 100km from the capital Helsinki. The option to service your machine directly in Finland eliminates the long downtime in mining by sending your miner to the manufacturer and back.

What is the monthly UPTIME of my miner?
Continuous monitoring of the mining process and the status of your miner guarantees UPTIME of 95%.

What is the average lifespan of a miner?
The quality of the miner varies by manufacturer. When purchasing branded equipment, the expected lifespan is approximately 5 years.
Water-cooled miners have almost double the lifespan.

What is the notice period and termination of my miner's operation?
You can terminate the contract for the operation of your miner immediately without giving any reason.
The payment for the operation of your miner for a given month is non-refundable, so we recommend that you schedule the termination of operation at the end of the month.

How do you handle a situation where my miner needs to be serviced?
The necessary warranty and post-warranty service for your miner is provided at the partner RIPER center in Finland. Service intervention and troubleshooting during the warranty period is free of charge. Intervention and repair of the machine after the warranty period is charged.
